Slowly getting back in gear Well here is the Landlord again nearly four weeks back from his little excursion to England, and still going through the gears trying to get back up to speed. I think I miss my Mum! Excellent week at the Pub, a great Saturday with the arrival of Dennis Collard and his Unquenchable mates the infamous Unquenchable Rugby team, who for the next five days tried with varying degrees of success to drink Bob's Bar dry, nice to see you all lads. Personally I was amazed you broke with tradition and actually turned up on the field to play the Panthers last Sunday. Paul Slack is also amazing people with his organizational skills with the new Pattaya Football Club who have made them selves at home in Jamo's, and very welcome they are too. The Pages are now back up to full strength with Bill here and Young Steve now safely back to keep RayC company. Dai and Porn Coe have also come back after a very quick 2 weeks in England. Dai very kindly bringing with him the Fletcher crest of arms which are now proudly displayed at the top of this diary, much better then having a picture of the Fat Landlord. Simon Caulson was in again on Sunday still trying to get people to go to his Party. Ian (Lady Di) of Harrington has been driving his tractor up and down his field, in between downing ice cold Tigers. Jameson's have also got a new beer on Draught Dwyer's well worth a tipple. I am also working on a new Menu for the new year so if anybody has reasonable requests for suggestions please see me in the Pub. Great to be able to bore Rick Bryant for about 4 hours last Wednesday about Mott the Hoople. Next week will also see the soft opening of The Nova Gold Hotel, this I suspect will be one of the major events of the month. By Monday we will be able to say "The Root of all Evil comes back this month".
