Care4Kids Party Night Saturday 20th September at Jameson's
The
Fair is over, and what a fair it was too. The biggest
and best, ever. There is no room to Thank everybody on my little
diary. But Congratulations to everybody especially Kevin
Mitch, and Woody. Rick, Harpic, and Pop's Pattaya All Stars
for their magnificent tent with an excellent beer bar run by
The Root of All Evil Malcolm Clare, The Font of All
Knowledge Graham MacDonald, and Blonde Bob. Watching
all the kids learning to play instruments was extremely heart
warming, and the way the blind school children were taken care
of was particularly heart warming. As opposed to the beer from
Root's Beer Tent which was extremely cold.
Great tent. Captain Steve Ponter got the whole
kids Fair on it's feet with the teen heart
throb band 'Blood of Youth'. Wonderful to see
a bit of BOY mania at The Fair.
My thanks go to all my hard working Jameson's staff
led by Moo, and Wanchai. Of course Judi
McNamara, Geoff Evans, Debbie from Nicky's and Debbie Lightley
for all their work on the Jameson's stalls.
Ron and Weaw Keeley for a brilliant World
of Wine tent, and Paul Wilkinson for
his generosity from Four Winds in helping everybody
pack up afterwards. In general a big pat on the back to everybody
for such a wonderful day. For more on The Care4Kids
Fair please look in The Pattaya Mail at
www.pattayamail.com. Even the weather was on our side!

which will be held this Saturday 20th September at Jameson's.
All the fun and spills of The Party Night will
be on show, Music, Magic, our own Frank Sinatra, Pop's
Pattaya All Stars, Rick and Harpic, the conclusion
of the Grand Raffle, and of course the climax
to the fantastic Jesters Care4Kids Auction,
we have really been overwhelmed by the donations to the cause
this year and for an idea of what we have to auction off, please
have a look at our Auction site by clicking
on the link on the left hand side of the page, or watch the
three video's about all the auction items on this page, put
up on Youtube by Paul Strachan of Pattaya Mail T.V.
A final word of I wonder who will get the Boro shirt. Reading obviously inspired by the fact that
the signed Reading Shirt is going for such
a high price in The Jesters Care4Kids Charity Drive
Auction, came up with a glorious 6-0 victory mid week.
Well done Steve and the boys, I am sure that
will add a couple of extra baht onto the price of the signed
Reading Shirt.
I have got nothing else to say this week, as I hand the site
onto Moo, so she can get it all laid out in
time, hope to see you at The Party Night, Kim.
