Easter
has come and gone and so has the Bunny
Easter
is over for another year and the Bunny suit
has been firmly put back on the rack. A very pleasant morning
spent at the Fountain of Life for the
Easter Egg Hunt organized by the P.I.L.C. The
Easter Bunny was invited and had a good time thanks
to an intrepid team of helpers, Ingrid and Kathleen
who were wonderful Fairies, a special Thank
you to amber from the Party Shop for letting
us have the Bunny and Angel outfits. Ole'
and Wee who were very angelic about being Angels,
Mike Axford who I believe was playing sleepy from Snow
White and the Seven Dwarves, Moo and Wanchai who without
many good deeds would go undone in Pattaya, Chef Vinai
for the quite brilliant Bunny Cake, Debbie
Lightley, who I believe was playing some sort of giggling
Pixie, Sister Joan and Nan, plus the hero of
the hour Jester Jari who drove the
Easter Bunny all round town, avoiding the law. A great
day and of course most importantly the kids all had a good time.
For a full report please look up Mike Franklin's
report in the Pattaya Mail this week at www.pattayamail.com
Sport again heads the list of things to do around Jameson's
whether on the screen or out in the fields.
For what's
on the telly please look up our sports schedule at the side
of this page. But also do not forget there is another Softball
Challenge at Horseshoe Point on Sunday 30th March,
it's not really softball it's a mixture of cricket, rounder,
baseball, and all in wrestling, and most importantly Rick's
rules. Everybody is welcome the trophy is sponsored by Stella
Artois so there is even a few free beers, The
Horseshoe Point swimming pool is open so bring your
swimming togs, a great afternoon out or a map of how to get
to Horseshoe Point please click onto the
Pattaya Panthers section of this website. Or just turn
up at Jameson's at around 2.00 p.m.
and there is always somebody to give you a lift, there and back.
Of course this week the Reading Football Club Supporters
Society Pattaya, North, East and South were in absolute
raptures over another vital victory over some team from the
Midlands. If my Maths is right that is nine
points out of the last possible twelve. Still did not bring
even a glimmer of a smile to Steve's face though.
It did all the Jameson's staff though as for
every Reading victory, they all get a drink
that gets put on Steve's bill perhaps that
is why he is not smiling!

Just another gentle reminder that the
Jesters Care4Kids Charity Drive is under way. Promotional
stickers and brochures are available at the pub, and Woody
has some great black promotional T-Shirts for sale
at one for 300 baht and two for 500 baht, this
year shirts are all the rage with flames and everything. The
two main events this year theFair
and the Party Night are) on Sunday 14th September
is the Fair at the Diana Driving Range and Resort,
whilst the Party Night is at Jameson's Pattaya, on Saturday
20th September, for more details of these two events
please go to the links on either side of the page. But do remember
that Judi McNamara will be running a used book
stall at this years Fair which is a fabulous
way to make money for the kids, but only if you bring your old
books in for us to sell. Jameson's is a drop
off point for your old books, and the earlier you bring them
in the earlier Judi can get them sorted out.
