Nova Table on Saturday night with George again in charge

All is well with Heineken

Brian Abbott is now 50, and has returned from his Birthday Bash in the Philippines, let’s just leave it at that shall we? The Youth Policy has expanded dramatically over the last even taking over Nova Table on Sunday, Derek ex BlueBar leading the way with his son and mates, Young Paul and Young Steve (if anybody can come up with a new nickname for either of these two please let me know, The Mighty Sam Peebles, Paul Dobbs who sadly has gone just as brother David arrives in town, the arrival of the Franks and Deano is always likely to cause a stir. Good to see Spaghetti head and all the Hash House Harriers guys now every week in Jameson's for the weekly sort out. Dai Coe who has also sadly had to be returned, Big John is back much to the staff's delight, whilst Bob Davis has also departed after a riotous couple of week's with his auction items under one arm, and a tear in the eye of most of the staff. Peter Mack has made the library area his own as usual. Stuart, Moo, Anthony, Jimmy and Jennie onward, Eoin and Shelley Quirke, My Jimmy, Dennis and Lek. Muffy, Bob (Scar) Taylor, The wonderful Stephen Leather, who has a new book out in January, more of this as I know. Bryan Clayton who made the final bid on the Boro Shirt in the Auction. Geoff Evans is here there and everywhere, catch him if you can. Big Dave has achieved his first target of losing 100 kilos.
Congratulations go out to Mr. and Mrs. Neil Smith on the birth of a bouncing Baby Boy Charlie, and also to Simon Philbrook who will be celebrating his 40th Birthday next Saturday (Again).
Captain Steve Ponter has shone through as ever this week, always willing to lend a hand or his advice.
Saturday 4th October at 2.00 p.m. Sees the Australian Rugby League Final.
Enough from me, over to Moo to sort all this out, Kim, Rony, and Moo.
