Last week's Fashion Show organized by Sylvia and David was definitely the most professional adventure we have had at Jameson's, the clothes worn by the models were truly beautiful, as were all the models. Our two local models Debbie Lightley and Curly Wurly fitted in perfectly with the other girls, and drew whoops of appreciation from the audience, as you can see from the photos all of the girls looked quite stunning.

By the time you read this Thanksgiving will have come and gone, and the Cricket Test Series for the Ashes will have begun. Whether both the English and the Australians are still getting up at 6 o'clock in the morning to watch you will probably have a pretty good idea by now. But regardless of the results Jameson's will be open every morning well in time for the first ball of the day. Check out our sports schedule for confirmations of all sporting events over the weekend.

The high season is now starting to kick in with lots of faces coming pouring into town. We actually got caught up in a parallel universe during the week when Mark Winslade of Led Zeppelin fame walked through the door without Trevor Masters of Hawkwind fame by his side. We are used to seeing Trevor over in Thailand without Mark and being highly amused at the thought of Mark still working away in the cold of England whilst Trevor languishes in the balmy weather of Pattaya. Trevor will be pleased to know that Mark is having his usual holiday, a bit like the little and large show really. Mick and Elly Devonport came in to say there farewells, with promises of a return next year. Whilst Mick was over on holiday 'Nutz' his old band won Liverpool band of the seventies, which if you consider the caliber of music that has come out of Liverpool, is a huge achievement. Also saying cheerio for now also was Geoff Evans. Jameson's Junior, Trainee, Deputy, Assistant, Novice Manager Lady Di, with sidekick Mark Stubbs was in full on management mode on Monday when Jameson's was invaded by The Pattaya Hash House Harriers led by Patrick the Flying Frog, and his cronies Teeney Weeney, Fini, and all. Andy McTighe and Stuart always bring laughter to Nova Table, along with Rich Wibrow, Matt, Sean, Graham MacDonald, Simon Edmonds, Charlie and family. The arrival of Iris Ritchie with the whole of the Coronation Street Crew. Paul, Peter and Jim all managed to get on the aeroplane on the right day as well.

Rugby featured heavily over the weekend with games both on Saturday and Sunday, for this week's schedule of rugby again please look at the sports schedule. Last week events were made much more fun by a gang of James Bond's in to watch the game as well as a lot of people who think they are James Bond! Of course if you mention rugby you automatically think of Simon, Nin, and Ann Quigley, Shelley and Eoin Quirke, Graham and Ung Watkins, David Garred, Darren, Andy Watts, Simon and Debbie, and best of all Jeremy Coles down for a visit all making their feelings felt during the games. Reading F.C. also won much to the delight of The Reading Football Club Supporters Pattaya Division North and South happy. Only a seven rating for the diary last week from John Hagan a bit mean I felt. Richard and Maggie Waller always bring good cheer with them, Jason, Nui and Leo Payne, making friends with Ken and Jacqueline. See you at the bar, Kim
